About E! Bloggers Club

E! Bloggers Club is a fast-growing community platform for digital creators, bloggers, and influencers to connect, grow, and collaborate. With a creator-first vision, we’re building India’s most engaging network of content creators and brands through events, campaigns, and loyalty programs.

We’re now inviting an energetic, people-first Community Manager to join our founding team and help build, nurture, and lead our vibrant creator ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities

-Community Engagement: Onboard new creators, manage creator channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/Telegram), and ensure high engagement and retention.

-Relationship Building: Be the face and voice of the Eblogger Club community. Support creators in finding brand opportunities, resources, or event invites.

-Creator Pass & Verified Badge Onboarding: Manage the rollout of creator tiers and ensure the right members are rewarded.

-Events & Meetups: Coordinate and host monthly city meetups, manage RSVPs, event logistics, and post-event engagement.

-Collaboration Support: Work with the campaign team to match creators with brand opportunities and ensure timely communication.

-Content Contributions: Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight community moments, creator spotlights, and testimonials.

What We’re Looking For

-1–3 years of experience in community building, influencer marketing, creator networks, or digital content space.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English; Marathi is a plus).

-Passionate about the creator economy and digital storytelling.

-Comfortable managing WhatsApp/Instagram/Telegram-based communities.

-Ability to manage live events and local activations.

-A team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
